The main problems restricting the development of agricultural non-point source ecological and environmental protection industry were pointed out, such as the lagging development of agricultural non-point source ecological and environmental protection industry, the difficulty of livestock and poultry breeding pollution control, the lack of power to develop ecological circular agriculture, and the improvement of domestic waste treatment mechanism. Some suggestions were put forward, such as implementing the advantageous policies of energy conservation and environmental protection, strengthening policy support, perfecting the green financial system supporting the development of ecological and environmental protection industry, broadening investment and financing channels, vigorously developing the comprehensive utilization industry of agricultural waste, and promoting the comprehensive utilization of waste.
