Students will be able to read and understand the dialogue between Lucy and Lily about their school.

Reading and understanding the dialogue between Lucy and Lily.
Writing about their own school life experience.
Introduction to basic punctuation marks.
Teaching procedures
Warm-up (5 minutes)
Greet the students and ask them to sit in their seats.
Ask the students about their favorite subject in school and why they like it.
Lead-in (10 minutes)
Show the students a picture of a school and ask them to describe it.
Ask the students to think about what they like about their own school.
Presentation (20 minutes)
Read the dialogue between Lucy and Lily about their school.
Ask the students questions to check their understanding, such as:
What do Lucy and Lily like about their school?
What is the school library like?
What is the school playground like?
Introduce the basic punctuation marks used in writing, such as period, question mark and exclamation mark.
Practice (30 minutes)
Ask the students to write a paragraph about their own school life experience, using the punctuation marks they have learned.

Extension (10 minutes)
