智慧农业导刊 乡村振兴 Journal of Smart Agriculture 2023 10 期 DOI 10.20028/j.zhnydk.2023.10.036 村振兴背景下 村产业融合路径研究 王 瑶 ， 黄河水利职业技术学院 河南 开封 475003 ） 摘 要 “三农”问题是我国经济发展重点关注的问题，是关系国计民生的根本性问题。中央“一号文件”从2004 年到2023 年已 经连续20 年都是以“三农”工作为主题，可见发展农村经济，增加农民收入，实现农业现代化始终在我国经济发展中占据着不可撼动 的重要地位。该文以乡村振兴战略作为研究背景，分析乡村振兴背景下乡村产业融合的问题与具体表现，并从助推土地流转政策的顺 利落地、提 农产品附加值、提 产业融合经营主体的综合能力、健全农村金融体系的支持与做好农业基础设施的建设5 个层面探讨 乡村振兴背景下乡村产业融合的具体路径。 关键词 乡村振兴；乡村发展；产业融合；农村金融；农业基础设施 中图分类号 F323 文献标志码 A 文章编号 2096-9902 渊2023 冤10-0 144-04 Abstract: The issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is the key concern of Chinas economic development and a fundamental issue related to the national economy and the peoples livelihood. The No. 1 Central Document has been focusing on agriculture, rural areas and farmers for 20 consecutive years from 2004 to 2023. It can be seen that the development of rural economy, the increase of farmers income and the realization of agricultural modernization have always occupied an unshakable important position in Chinas economic development. Taking the strategy of rural revitalization as the research background, this paper analyzes the problems and specific performance of rural industrial integration in the context of rural revitalization. it also discusses the specific path of rural industrial integration in the context of rural revitalization from five aspects: promoting the smooth landing of land transfer policy, enhancing the added value of agricultural products, enhancing the comprehensive ability of industrial integration, improving the support of rural financial system, and enhancing the construction of agricultural infrastructure.
