北碚区土地集约利用评价研究的中期报告 摘要： 本文以重庆市北碚区为研究区域，采用资料收集、实地考察、数据分析等方法，对该区土地集约利用情况进行了评价研究。通过对土地利用现状进行分析，发现该区土地资源利用率低，农业用地占比高，城市化率占比低，存在土地闲置、低效利用等问题。在此基础上，采用评价模型进行综合评价，得出该区土地集约利用程度较低，存在潜力未被充分挖掘的结论。对此，提出了在土地利用规划、产业布局、政策支持等方面采取措施，促进该区土地集约利用的建议。 关键词：土地集约利用；评价研究；北碚区 Abstract: In this paper, Chongqing North Beibei District is taken as the research area, and data collection, field investigation, data analysis and other methods are used to evaluate and study the intensive use of land in this area.
