Methods CT data of 30 cases of chest lymphoma proved by clinic and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. All cases underwent regular CT scan, 25 of which were enhanced scan, and some cases were treated by high resolution thin slice local scan. Results chest lymphoma could be divided into three types according to the sites of invasion: mediastinum type (8 cases), lung type (3 cases) and mixed type (19 cases). The invasion of mediastinum and hilus is mainly characterized by asymmetric enlargement of lymph nodes and mostly fusion into blocks. The main features of lung invasion were pulmonary masses (6 cases), nodular cavity shadow (8 cases) and exudation (15 cases). More than half of them had pneumatic bronchus sign (15 cases). The main manifestations of invasion of pleura or pericardium were pleural effusion (12 cases) or pericardial effusion (6 cases), less obvious pleural thickening (2 cases) or thickening of pericardium (0 cases). Conclusion chest lymphoma has obvious 1 / 3 CT features.
