摘 要 焊接就是运用各种可熔的合金（焊锡）联接金属部件的进程。焊锡的熔点比被焊材料的低，这样部件就会在不被熔化的情况下，通过其表面发生分子间的联络结束焊接。焊接可以分为软焊接和硬焊接，软焊接温度低于450℃，硬焊接高于450℃。硬焊接通常用于银、金、钢、铜等金属，其焊接点比软焊接强健得多，抗剪强度为软焊接的20~30 倍。焊接滚轮架按结构形式分为两类：第一类是长轴式滚轮架。第二类是组合式滚轮架。本文主要对组合式5T焊接滚轮架进行设计，并对轴、键等主要构件进行了校核。结果表明各主要部件符合要求。该滚轮架结构简单，使用方便灵活，对焊件的适应性很强。设计中充分的考虑了滚轮架的合理性和经济性等因素。 关键词：焊接；软焊接；滚轮架  Abstract Welding is the process of joining metal parts using a variety of fusible alloys (solder). The melting point of the solder is lower than that of the material to be welded so that the parts will be welded by the intermolecular contact on their surfaces without being melted. Welding can be divided into soft and hard soldering, soft soldering temperatures lower than 450°C, and hard solderings higher than 450°C. Hard soldering is usually used for metals such as silver, gold, steel, and copper. The soldering point is much stronger than soft soldering, and the shear strength is 20 to 30 times that of soft soldering. Welded roller carriages are divided into two types according to the structure: The first type is a long-axis roller carriage. The second category is a combined roller carriage. This article mainly designs the combined 5T welding roller frame and checks the main components such as the shaft and the key. The results show that the major components meet the requirements. The roller frame has a simple structure, is convenient and flexible to use, and has a strong adaptability to a weldment. In the design, the rationality and economical efficiency of the roller frame are fully considered.
