毕业论文 便携式药盒盒体注塑模具设计 年 月 日 便携式药盒盒体注塑模具设计 摘 要：本文研究的主要内容是便携式药盒盒体产品及注塑模具设计,通过确定药盒的外形形状，结合成型特点设计注塑模具。主要包括塑件的工艺分析、选择注射成型设备、设计成型方案、模具成型零件与推出机构的设计等。具体包括分析塑件结构、尺寸精度和表面质量；计算塑件体积、注射量和凹凸模的尺寸；设计主流道、分流道、浇口、拉料杆和冷却系统；确定推出方式、型腔数目和排列方式。在经过对塑件进行结构和工艺性分析之后,设计出了塑件的外观图形，该药盒外形尺寸属于小型塑件，且塑件外观无特殊要求。利用UG NX 11.0和AUTO CAD软件绘制了二维图和三维图，在清楚地表达模具结构的同时，也缩短了设计时间，提高了效率。这种药盒可以对药品进行分类，可以携带多种不同属性的药品，在使用之时根据需求进行不同的选择。 关键词：注塑模；便携式药盒；分类 Portable medicine box body injection mold design Abstract: The main content of this paper is the design of portable medicine box body products and injection mold. It mainly includes the process analysis of plastic parts, selection of injection molding equipment, design and molding program, mold forming parts and the design of the launch mechanism. The analysis includes the structure, dimensional precision and surface quality of plastic parts. Calculate the volume of plastic parts, injection volume and the size of concave punch; Design the main flow, diversion, gate, pull rod and cooling system; Determine the ejection mode, number of cavities and arrangement mode. After analyzing the structure and technology of the plastic parts, the appearance figure of the plastic parts is designed. The shape size of the medicine box belongs to the small plastic parts, and the appearance of the plastic parts has no special requirements. By using UG NX 11.0 and AUTO CAD software, 2d and 3d drawings are drawn, which can not only clearly express the mold structure, but also shorten the design time and improve the efficiency. This kind of medicine box can classify drugs, can carry a variety of different properties of drugs, according to the needs of different choices.
