北华航天工业学院毕业论文 毕业设计报告(论文) 报告(论文)题目：割草机压扁机悬挂装置设计 作者所在系部： 机电工程学院 作者所在专业： 机械设计与制造及其自动化 摘 要 本次设计的是割草机压扁机悬挂装置，它能够有效的调整刀架高度以及刀架仰角，适合多种地形，由液压系统进行有效的调整，性能优异，工作灵活方便，适于中小型企业： 一、该装置由主液压缸和两个辅助液压缸组成升降系统可以快速调整刀架的高度从而适应地形高度省时省力，设计简单，结构紧凑; 二、在满足快速升降的同时还加入了手动的手柄摇杆系统。通过四杆机构有效的对刀架平台的仰角进行调整使设备更加的适用于各种地形; 三、在连接刀架的梁上设有弹簧设备，可以有效的防止地形的突变对刀架的变形很好的保护刀具。 四、本次还对牵引梁进行简单设计连接处设有液压缸可以快速调整牵引梁玉后面设备的角度可以避免牵引机对牧草的碾压造成后面割草设备的不利影响。同时辅助液压缸简设蓄能设备有效地缓冲了应地形变化带来的剧烈震动使设备更加安全有效。 这次的毕业设计主要是对割草机压扁机的悬挂机构方案的设计与完善，悬挂装置的升降系统与刀架仰角的手动调整系统以及面对突发地形变形的缓冲减震系统。 关键词:割草机压扁机；悬挂装置；机构 Abstract Suspension mower flattening machine is this design, it can effectively adjust the cutter height and head elevation, suitable for a variety of terrain, by the hydraulic system for effective adjustment, excellent performance, flexible and convenient operation, suitable for small and medium sized enterprises: The device is composed of a main hydraulic cylinder and two auxiliary hydraulic cylinders.
