PAGE PAGE PAGE I 本科毕业设计(论文) 题目:刮皮刀注塑模具设计 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 PAGE PAGE I 刮皮刀注塑模具设计 摘要 在经济高速发展的今天，在日常生活中充满了各种各样的塑料产品，给我们日常生活带来很大方便，采用不同的材料以得到不同的塑料产品的性能，使塑料件在刚度强度以及耐磨性方面能够满足人们的使用，塑料产品是日常生活中和我们密不可分的东西。如何生产出质量优秀的塑料产品，这就需要在模具设计做好功夫。本次模具设计所涉及到的塑料产品就是很贴近生活的东西——刮皮刀。首先利用三维软件对瓜皮刀实物进行建模。从刮皮刀产品的成型结构特征开始、到对刮皮刀分型面分析及位置的选择、模具浇注系统设计、成型零件型芯型腔结构设计和尺寸计算，脱模推出机构、冷却系统、导向机构的设计到最后的侧抽芯机构设计等多方面详细叙述了侧抽芯机构设计注射模大致设计过程。与此同时合理地选用了注塑机型号，而且对注塑机压力，锁模力及顶出力等工艺参数进行详细校核，进而保证了设计的合理性及正规性[1]。 关键词：刮皮刀；分型面；冷却系统；脱模推出机构 Injection mold design of curved knife Abstract Today, with the rapid development of the economy, we are filled with a variety of plastic products in our daily life, which brings great convenience to our daily life. The plastic products involved in this mold design are very close to life - the scraping knife. First, the three-dimensional software is used to model the guillotine. From the molding structure of the squeegee product, to the analysis of the squeegee parting surface and the selection of the position, the mold casting system design, the design and size calculation of the core part structure of the molded part, the demolding mechanism, the cooling system, The design of the guiding mechanism to the design of the final side core pulling mechanism and other aspects detail the design process of the injection mold of the side core pulling mechanism.
