摘要 环锤式破碎机经高速转动的锤体与物料碰撞破碎物料，它具有结构简单，破碎比大，生产效率高等特点，可作干、湿两种形式破碎，环锤式破碎机适用于矿山、水泥、煤炭、冶金、建材、公路、燃化等部门对中等硬度及脆性物料进行细碎。环锤式破碎机可根据用户要求调整蓖条间隙，改变出料粒度，以满足不同用户的不同需求。目前锤式破碎机以广泛应用与矿石厂，水泥厂等各个部门，环锤式破碎机有着广泛的应用前景，所以对它进行研究与设计是很有必要的。此次设计在完成了总体传动方案和尺寸的确定后，也重点对一些主要零件进行了强度校核和分析计算，同时对一些主要工作零件进行了简单的介绍。并且特别对锤头的使用寿命及材料的选择改进行了专题研究，最后对环锤式破碎机的维修与保养，机器的安装与调试也进行了论述。 关键词:环锤式破碎机；锤头；传动方案 Abstrsct The hammer hammer crusher crushes the material with high-speed rotation between the hammer and the material.
