Meanwhile, they are committed to implementing corporate social responsibility management models. This report selects a national power enterprise as the research object, explores the implementation of a comprehensive social responsibility management model, and analyzes the problems and challenges in the implementation of the model. The research methods adopt the literature review, case analysis, expert interview and other methods to conduct in-depth investigation on the social responsibility management model of the enterprise. The research results show that the enterprise has established a complete system in electric power industry for social responsibility management. Meanwhile, the company has integrated the concept and core values of social responsibility into corporate culture and strategic planning, and formulated a series of social responsibility indicators and assessment system, which have certain advancement and operationality.
