PAGE 2 浅谈电视民生新闻的正向情感取向 摘 要　　随着现代媒体事业的发展和各种市场机制的发展，媒体的传播理念日益丰富与升华，连接全球的网络技术也取得快速发展，电视民生新闻也包含于其中。电视民生新闻自然与“民生”离不开联系，今时今日，人们看新闻的途径得以拓宽，受众不仅仅可以通过电视去获取新闻，还可以通过多种媒体途径去获取新闻，较于以往传播媒介则更加多元化。所以，人们在对新闻的观看选择上也有了一定的自我意识与自我认知。在一定程度上，民众大多已经由被动的接收信息转到主动的涉取信息，在此过程中新闻的正向价值取向就显得至关重要，良好的媒体情感取向促进社会的发展。故本文以民生新闻的正向情感取向分析为理论框架，就国内电视民生新闻的正向情感取向展开论述。　　本文引入大量的生活例子，并结合新闻学的理论知识，由电视民生新闻节目的起源和过程谈起，再从民生新闻节目的各种社会意义层面解析人们正确价值取向的特点与优势，分析民生新闻在情感价值取向的积极方面所取得的显著效果。关键词：电视民生新闻，正向的，情感取向 Abstract 　　With the development of modern media and various market mechanisms, the concept of media communication is increasingly enriched and sublimated, and the network technology that connects everything is also booming, including TV news about peoples livelihood. TV news about peoples livelihood is inseparable from peoples livelihood. Today, people have broadened the channels of watching news. The audience can get news not only through TV, but also through various media channels, which is more diversified than before. Therefore, people also have a certain selfawareness of the choice of watching news. To a certain extent, most people have changed from passively receiving information to actively engaging in information. In this process, the positive value orientation of news is crucial, and good media emotional orientation promotes the development of society. Therefore, this paper takes the analysis of the positive emotional orientation of the livelihood news as the theoretical framework, and discusses the positive emotional orientation of the livelihood news on domestic TV. 　　This paper introduced a lot of living example is given to the combination of journalism theory knowledge from TV livelihood news the origin and process of emergence, and from the peoples livelihood news programs of various social significance level analytical characteristics and advantages of its correct value orientation, analysis of the positive aspects of peoples livelihood news in emotional value orientation had achieved significant results
