基于NX的H型组立机龙门主机参数设计 摘 要 　　H型龙门组立机是焊接型钢的生产设备。其中H型是由两块翼板和一块腹板拼装组立而成的结构钢俗称H型钢，工字钢等，H型钢是一种截面面积分配和强重比更加合理的型材。因为它的断面形状类似H型而闻名。 　　H型龙门组立机是由龙门架、腹板对中辊道、翼板对中机构、下压辊轮、液压动力总成组成。在此基础上，本课题主要完成H型龙门组立机的H型组立机龙门主机功能原理解构，从而确定组立机的工作流程，进一步对组立机内部核心部件的设计计算，如对液压动力计算与驱动选型计算在此基础上确定液压缸类型。然后对导向机构的设计确定适用于本课题的导向机构，在对其它部件的设计计算如下压轮的结构设计，框架的设计。最终完成H型龙门组立机的龙门主机部分的设计。 关键词：组立机工作流程，液压缸的选型，导向机构的设计 ABSTRACT 　　H type gantry assembly and vertical machine is the production equipment for welding section steel.
