战略性人力资源管理对组织效能的影响研究——基于竞值架构视角的中期报告 摘要: 在当今企业发展中,人力资源管理被认为是非常重要的一项战略任务,其影响着组织的效能和绩效。战略性人力资源管理可以帮助组织有效地管理并充分发挥员工的个人能力,同时也可以实现员工和组织的共赢。本研究以竞争价值视角为基础,探讨了战略性人力资源管理对组织效能的影响。通过文献综述和案例分析,本文发现,在竞争激烈的市场环境下,通过采用战略性人力资源管理,可以实现组织创新、员工绩效提升、组织效率提高和员工满意度提升等方面的效果。 关键词:战略性人力资源管理;竞争价值;组织效能 Abstract: In the development of enterprises today, human resource management is considered a very important strategic task, which affects the effectiveness and performance of organizations. Strategic human resource management can help organizations effectively manage and fully tap the individual abilities of employees, while also achieving a win-win situation for employees and organizations. Based on the competitive value perspective, this study explores the impact of strategic human resource management on organizational effectiveness. Through literature review and case analysis, this paper finds that in the fiercely competitive market environment, strategic human resource management can achieve the effects of organizational innovation, employee performance improvement, organizational efficiency improvement, and employee satisfaction improvement.
