中国东北羊草自然种群的扩增片段长度多态性研究 (英文) Study on the Length Polymorphism of Amplified Fragments of Natural Populations of Leymus chinensis in Northeast China Abstract: The genetic diversity of natural populations plays an important role in the adaptation and evolution of species. The present study aimed to investigate the length polymorphism of amplified fragments of Leymus chinensis natural populations in Northeast China using inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) molecular markers. Six populations were sampled and a total of 238 polymorphic bands were obtained from 30 randomly selected primers. The percentage of polymorphic bands ranged from 41.67% to 74.58%, indicating high-level genetic diversity in natural populations of L. chinensis in Northeast China. Analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) showed that the majority of the genetic variance (89.21%) was within populations while only 10.79% of the variance was among populations. The highest value of genetic differentiation (Gst) was observed between the Hailun population and other populations (0.2205), indicating the existence of genetic differentiation between populations. The results of the present study suggest that there is a high level of genetic diversity within natural populations of L. chinensis in Northeast China. These findings may provide valuable information for the conservation and management of genetic resources of this important forage grass species. Introduction: Leymus chinensis (Trin.) Tzvel. is a perennial rhizomatous grass belonging to the family Poaceae, which is widely distributed in the Eurasian Steppe Zone. L. chinensis is an important forage grass that provides a major source of fodder for livestock in China. However, due to overgrazing and land use changes, the natural populations of L. chinensis have been declining in recent years, which has led to a decreased genetic diversity and potential loss of valuable genetic resources. Therefore, it is necessary to study the genetic diversity of natural popul
