基于专业发展的中美《教育实习指导手册》比较研究的中期报告 摘要： 本文通过对中美两国教育实习指导手册的比较研究，旨在探讨其对于教师专业发展的影响，从而为中国教育实习的改进提供参考。 研究发现，中美两国教育实习指导手册在理论基础、实习内容、实习方式、实习评价等方面存在一定的差异。其中，美国教育实习指导手册注重理论导向，强调教师专业知识和技能的培养；而中国教育实习指导手册则着重于实践探索，强调教师的职业认同和人格素养的塑造。 针对以上差异，本文提出了几点改进方案：加强实习的理论指导，提高实践操作能力；注重培养教师的职业素养，加强监督与评价机制，提高教育实习质量和教师参与度。 关键词：教育实习指导手册；中美比较；教师专业发展；改进方案 Abstract: This paper aims to explore the impact of the education internship guidance manuals in China and the United States on teacher professional development, and provide reference for the improvement of Chinas education internship. Through comparative study, it is found that there are differences in theoretical basis, internship content, internship mode, and internship evaluation between the education internship guidance manuals of China and the United States. The American education internship guidance manual focuses on theoretical guidance, emphasizing the cultivation of teachers professional knowledge and skills; while the Chinese education internship guidance manual focuses on practical exploration, emphasizing the shaping of teachers career identity and personality qualities. Based on the above differences, this paper proposes several improvement suggestions: strengthening the theoretical guidance of internships, improving practical operational abilities; paying attention to the cultivation of teachers professional qualities, strengthening supervisory and evaluative mechanisms, and enhancing the quality of education internships and teacher participation.
