PAGE II PAGE 对威宁县龙场镇新农村建设路径的思考 摘要：改革开放至今已近四十年，处于向小康社会转型的末期，人民的生活水平显著提高，经济发展迅速，工业取得了一定的进步，但同时也出现了一些不和谐的因素，工农发展不平衡、城乡差距大等等这些问题都是我们在实现现代化过程中应该有所重视，在社会转型的关键时期，既是我们实现飞速发展的机遇，同时也面临着很多挑战。本文分为三个部分，第一部分从社会主义新农村建设的内涵切入，回顾新农村建设的历史，梳理社会建设所取得的成果；第二个部分通过对威宁县龙场镇新农村建设案例进行剖析，阐述新农村建设中存在的问题；第三个部分基于我国国情，存在的具体问题以及国外新农建设的经验，提出我国建设新农村建设的路径选择，最终服务我国新农村建设，为新农村建设提供必要的智力支持。 关键词：威宁县；龙场镇；新农村；建设路径  Abstract: now, nearly 40 years of reform and opening up, in to the end of a well-off society transformation, peoples living standards improve, the rapid economic development, industry has made some progress, but at the same time also appeared some disharmony factors, the workers and peasants unbalanced development, big gap between urban and rural areas, etc. All these problems are we should pay attention to in the process of modernization, in the key period of social transformation, as we realize the opportunity of rapid development, at the same time also faces many challenges.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part starts from the connotation of the construction of the new socialist countryside, reviews the history of the new rural construction, and sorts out the achievements made by the social construction.The second part analyzes the new rural construction cases in longchang town, weining county, and expounds the existing problems in the construction of new countryside.The third part, based on Chinas national conditions, the specific problems and the foreign experience of the construction of the new farmers, path selection of the construction of new countryside construction in China are put forward, finally the service the new rural construction in our country, provide the necessary intelligence support for the new rural construction.
