基于教育公平视野下特殊学校教育管理的现状研究 ——以贵州省7所特殊教育学校为例 摘要 近年来我国的教育事业发展突飞猛进，特殊教育作为国家教育事业中的重要组成部分，得到了党和国家的高度重视，并相继出台了《关于进一步加快特殊教育事业发展的意见》、《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020）》、《中国残疾人事业“十三五”发展纲要》、《“十三五”加快残疾人小康进程规划纲要》等政策和指导意见的颁布和实施为我国残疾人教育事业带来了新的发展契机。本研究选取的对象是贵州省特殊教育学校部分管理人员和任课教师，通过调查问卷的方式从以下几个维度进行发放问卷，分别从师资配备、老师的教学态度、薪资水平、培训情况等中收集资料。探析特殊教育学校在发展过程中的教育公平和教育管理问题上取得的成就及存在问题，在对数据进行整理与统计，分析影响特殊教育学校发展的相关因素，期盼在此基础上提出更为合理、系统、科学的发展建议与对策，实现新的突破。 关键词：教育公平；特殊学校；教育管理；调查研究 Abstract In recent years, the development of education in China has developed rapidly, special education as an important part of the national education, has been highly valued by the party and the State, and has promulgated the further accelerate the development of special education, the national medium and long-term education reform and development planning outline (2010-2020), The promulgation and implementation of the Thirteen-Five development Program and the Thirteen-Five plan for speeding up the well-off process of disabled people in China have brought a new development opportunity for the handicapped education.
