3株鸭源呼肠孤病毒对鸭胚成纤维细胞致病性研究的中期报告 摘要： 本研究旨在探讨3株鸭源呼肠孤病毒对鸭胚成纤维细胞的致病性，以期为该病毒的防控提供科学依据。首先，我们采集了3株不同来源的鸭源呼肠孤病毒，经PCR检测后确认其为呼肠孤病毒。然后，将这3株病毒接种到鸭胚成纤维细胞中，观察其对细胞的影响。结果显示，这3株病毒均能引起鸭胚成纤维细胞的明显病变，包括细胞形态的改变、贴壁性减弱、细胞凋亡等。此外，我们还进行了病毒滴度的检测，发现这3株病毒的滴度均较高，表明其具有较强的感染力和复制能力。综上所述，我们的研究结果表明，3株鸭源呼肠孤病毒均具有较强的致病性，应引起重视。 关键词：鸭源呼肠孤病毒；鸭胚成纤维细胞；致病性；病变；滴度。 Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the pathogenicity of three strains of duck-origin astrovirus on duck embryo fibroblasts, in order to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of the virus. First, three strains of astrovirus from different sources were collected, and were confirmed to be astrovirus by PCR detection. Then, the three strains were inoculated into duck embryo fibroblasts, and the effect on the cells was observed. The results showed that all three strains of the virus could cause significant pathological changes in duck embryo fibroblasts, including changes in cell morphology, weakened adhesion, and cell apoptosis. In addition, virus titration was also conducted, and the high titers of the three strains of virus indicated strong infectivity and replication ability. In summary, our study demonstrated that all three strains of duck-origin astrovirus had strong pathogenicity and should be taken seriously.
