哈萨克斯坦投资现状问题与对策 摘要 中国和哈萨克斯坦自古以来都是友好的邻邦关系，与此同时，两国正在密切合作，维护世界和平。随着“上海合作组织”会议机制中多边合作的发展和深化，中哈友谊具有更深层的内涵。在当前全球经济一体化的潮流下，进一步加强中哈经贸合作将全面满足两国的根本需要。哈萨克斯坦丰富的自然资源和独特的投资环境，为促进中哈投资合作的发展发挥了重要作用。本文主要阐述了哈萨克斯坦投资的现状及对策。 关键词：哈萨克斯坦；投资现状；问题；对策  ABSTRACT China and Kazakhstan are friendly neighbors. In the meantime, especially as the international community seeks for peace and development, the two countries are closely cooperating in safeguarding world peace and fighting terrorism. With the development and deepening of multilateral cooperation in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization conference mechanism, the friendship between China and Kazakhstan has deeper connotations. Under the current trend of global economic integration, further strengthening economic and trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan will fully meet the fundamental needs of the two countries. Kazakhstans rich natural resources and unique investment environment have played an important role in promoting the development of investment cooperation between China and Kazakhstan. This article mainly expounds the status quo and countermeasures of Kazakhstans investment.
