PAGE I 企业家精神与温州模式新突破 摘要：党多年来，温州模式的发展，极大地促进了温州的经济发展，实践证明，温州模式与市场经济发展模式相比较相符的;另一方面，随着国内和国际经济环境的变化，温州的发展模式面临着前所未有的挑战。面对经济全球化的挑战，温州企业家只有突出的创业精神和进取精神才能保持他们的竞争优势。企业家精神，是区域发展源源不断的内生动力。本文结合温州人企业家精神的产生衰竭的内在轨迹，探讨了温州模式的动态的内生演进机制，并且就如何创造良好的制度环境再造温州的企业家精神，争取实现温州模式的新突破。 关键词：企业家精神；温州模式；新突破 Entrepreneurship and new breakthroughs in Wenzhou model Abstract：Since the third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, China has unswervingly implemented economic construction as the center, and created a good ring for the economic development of Wenzhou. The private economy in Wenzhou has gone through a series of ups and downs and has been moving to the fast lane of development. Wenzhou takes the family management as the main body, takes the specialized market as the center, takes the small town as the support, the Wenzhou economy has formed the small commodity, the big market the development pattern, it is called the Wenzhou pattern. Over the past 20 years, the development of Wenzhou model, greatly promoted the economic development of Wenzhou, practice has proved that the Wenzhou model and the development of the market economy mode compared with; on the other hand, with the change of domestic and international economic environment, the development mode of Wenzhou is facing unprecedented challenges. Faced with the challenges of economic globalization, Wenzhou entrepreneurs can only maintain their competitive advantage with outstanding entrepreneurial spirit and enterprising spirit.
