高星级酒店淡季经营对策研究 ——以兴义市富康国际酒店为例 摘要：改革开放以来，随着我国旅游行业市场的迅速发展，作为我国较早对外开放并推行市场化改革的行业之一—饭店业，其发展规模得以迅速扩大，管理水平也得以迅速提高，通过引进国外著名饭店管理集团的经营管理模式，加上有效地结合本土文化特色，大大缩小了与国外同行的管理差距，成为旅游产业中最具国际竞争力的行业。但是由于旅游饭店结构不合理，国际饭店品牌的大量涌入，以及专业人才的匮乏等经营管理问题导致我国旅游饭店业面临诸多问题和挑战，如何在提升酒店经营管理水平，提升全行业的整体实力成为酒店业面临的重要课题。本文以兴义市富康国际酒店为例，阐述分析高星级酒店淡季经营对策。 关键词：高星级酒店；淡季经营；对策 Abstract: since the reform and opening up, along with the rapid development of the tourism industry in China market, early opening to the outside world in China and promote the modernization reform of one of the industry, hotel industry, its development has expanded rapidly, the management level also rises rapidly, through the introduction of foreign famous hotel management group management mode, and effectively combined with local cultural characteristics, greatly narrowed the gap to the management of the foreign counterparts, become the most internationally competitive industries in the tourism industry.But due to the unreasonable structure of tourist hotel, the influx of international hotel brand, as well as the operation and management problems such as the lack of professional talents in China tourism hotel industry faces many problems and challenges, how to enhance the level of hotel management and to improve the overall strength of all industries become an important task to hotel industry.Taking fukang international hotel in xingyi city as an example, this paper expatiates on the analysis of the operation countermeasures of the high star hotel.
