PAGE 3 浅析我国工伤认定标准不足及完善建议 摘要：工伤认定是我们国家工伤保险制度中间很关键的内容，它决定了职工在面临工伤的情况下，能不能享受相应的保险待遇，同时也是对于工伤认定的重要依据，在全部的工商保险体系当中是最基础的内容。我们国家的工商认定制度开展的时间比较晚，当前尽管发展的速度比较快，然而当前在制度方面和具体的实际执行中间，还是存在着一些的问题，工伤认定认定还有着比较明显的扩展空间，本文重点探讨了工伤认定标准的一系列问题，开始明确了工伤认定标准的概念，然后对我们国家在工伤认定标准过程当中存在的一系列不足和纰漏；最后，根据这些不足和问题提出了相应的考察标准及建设意见，以期为我国工伤认定标准方面日后的建设工作提供借鉴和参考。 关键词：工伤认定标准；问题；完善建议 Abstract: The identification of work-related injury is the key content in our national work-related injury insurance system.
