PAGE 8 PAGE 5 浅谈员工培训在企业中的必要性 -安徽家家购物股份有限公司为例 摘要：员工培训是企业可持续发展不可缺少的组成部分，建立完善的培训体系，运用高效的管理模式，提高企业员工的整体素质，实现全面提升企业竞争力的目标是一项长期工程，无论是企业领导还是每一位企业员工都是企业的建设者，只有共同努力打好基础，才能使企业的实力不断壮大。当今社会，变化日新月异，知识更新迅速，信息传递膨胀，企业竞争越来越激烈。中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分，但随着企业竞争的加剧，给我国中小企业带来了前所未有的困难，而培训是解决这一困难的有效方法。因此中小企业要加快发展，就必须加强员工培训与管理。 本文以安徽家家购物股份有限公司为研究对象，对该公司的员工培训进行现状分析，找出企业培训中存在的问题，进而试图提出改进意见及对策。 关键词：中小企业 员工培训 问题及对策 Abstract：Staff training is an integral part of enterprise sustainable development, establish the perfect training system, using effective management mode, improve the whole quality of employees, realize the goal of comprehensive enterprise competitiveness is a long-term project, both business leaders and every enterprise employees are the builders of the enterprise, the only joint efforts to build the foundation, to make the enterprise strength growing. Todays society, changes with each passing day, the knowledge update quickly, information transmission, enterprise competition is more and more fierce. Small and medium-sized enterprises is an important part of national economy, but as the enterprise the competition brought unprecedented difficulties to the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, and training is the effective way to solve this difficulty. So small and medium-sized enterprises to speed up the development, we must strengthen staff training and management. In this paper, Anhui shopping mall Limited by Share Ltd as the research object, the companys staff training is analyzed, find out the problems existing in the enterprise training, and then try to put forward suggestions for improvement and countermeasures.
