PAGE I PAGE 船用器材备件规划研究 摘要 航运业最初的发展主要是以提供运输服务为主，随着经济的快速发展，航运业也相应的迅速发展着，对运输服务的质量也有了越来越高的要求。对于船舶备件管理的研究，本论文主要对船舶备件存量和船舶备件配置两个方面来研究。在船舶备件的存量的研究上，本文首先介绍了几种确定备件库存量的方法，并且分析比较了各种方法的优缺点，而后在充分考虑到船舶在远航过程中执行任务时间长、强度大，备件消耗的品种和数量多等相关因素，提出了一种研究方法，此种方法主要研究了以船舶的营运可靠性为目标，基于可靠性数学模型来确定船舶备件存量的方法，并通过实例分析，指出其方法的应用对船舶满足营运需求并有效地控制备件库存费用的实际意义。在备件的配置上，在介绍了几种以往确定船舶备件配置的方法的基础上，提出了以使用可用度为中心的备件配置方法，这种方法综合考虑了船舶备件的可靠性以及维修性的影响，应用蒙特卡罗仿真方法得出最优的配置方案。此种方法弥补了以往方法中未考虑到的影响因素，因此能够较好地反映实际情况的需求，更具有实用性。而后又对这种方法进行了优化，即将船舶整个航行过程细分，分为航渡和返航两个阶段来进行研究，这种优化方法的结果是使船舶备件配置的方案更加精确和实用。 关键词：船拍备件；存量；配置；可靠性；使用可用度  ABSTRACT Shipping industry is the main transport services on the development of the first, with the rapid development of economy, shipping industry and the rapid development of the corresponding, also in the quality of transportation services have higher and higher requirements.For ship spare parts management research, this thesis mainly on two aspects of the stock of spare parts and the spare parts of configuration to study.On the study of ship spare parts stock, this paper firstly introduces some of the ways to determine the stock of spare parts warehouse, the advantages and disadvantages of various methods were compared and analyzed, and then, in full consideration to the ships mission in the process of sailing time is long, the intensity is big, the spare parts consumption of variety and quantity and other related factors, put forward a research method, this method is mainly studied aiming at the operating reliability of the ship, based on the mathematical model to determine the reliability method of ship spare parts stock, and through the example analysis, points out its application to the ship meet the operating requirements and effectively control spare parts inventory cost of actual meaning.In the allocation of spare parts, introduced in several previous ships spare parts configuration method, on the basis of proposed to use the availability of spare parts for the center configuration method, this met
