技术经济与管理研究2023年第8期 数字普惠金融、创新要素流动与共同富裕 钟婧 (琼台师范学院马克思主义学院，海南海口571127) 摘要：选取2005一2021年中国31个省份面板数据，基于系统GMM、门槛效应模型对数字普惠金融、创新要素流动与共 同富裕的关系进行探讨。研究表明：数字普惠金融对共同富裕包括经济协调发展、公共服务均等、绿色发展平衡在内的子维度 均有正向推动作用。数字普惠金融与创新要素流动融合发展可推动共同富裕发展，且存在创新要素流动的门槛效应。另外，数 字普惠金融与创新要素流动二者融合对不同地区精神共同富裕和物质共同富裕的促进作用表现出东部、中部、西部地区依次递 减规律。据此，提出激发数字普惠金融新活力、构筑创新要素流动新格局、打造区域协同发展新局面的建议。 关键词：数字普惠金融；创新要素流动；共同富裕；公共服务均等 中图分类号：F49 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1004-292X(2023)08-0122-07 Digital Inclusive Finance, Circulation of Innovative Elements and Common Prosperity ZHONG Jing (School of Marxism, Qiongtai Normal University, Haikou Hainan 571127, China) Abstract: Based on the panel data of Chinese provinces from 2005 to 2021, the study applies the system GMM model and thresh- old effect model to explore the internal relationship between digital inclusive finance, innovation factor flow and common prosperity. The result shows that digital inclusive finance plays a significant role in promoting common prosperity in all sub-dimensions, including coor- dinated economic development, equal public services, and green development balance. It is also means that digital inclusive finance can effectively empower common prosperity. The integrated development of digital inclusive finance and the circulation of innovative elements has a significant effect on promoting common prosperity, and there is a threshold effect based on the circulation of innovative elements in the process of promoting common prosperity by digital inclusive finance.In addition, the integration of digital inclusive finance and the circulation of innovative elements will significantly promote the spiritual and material common prosperity of different regions, but the impact intensity follows the law of decreasing in order in
