聚桂醇对家兔胆囊壁及肝脏组织作用初步探索的中期报告 Abstract: The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of polyethylene glycol guaiacol ether (PG) on rabbit gallbladder wall and liver tissue. The study used 24 healthy adult rabbits divided into four groups: a control group and three experimental groups treated with different doses of PG. After drug administration for 28 days, the gallbladder and liver samples were collected for histological and biochemical analysis. The results showed that PG caused dose-dependent changes in the gallbladder wall and liver tissue. The gallbladder wall thickness increased sign
