ABSTRACT 摘 要 南京化工职业技术学院 毕业设计（论文） 题目：精益生产在X公司的研究与应用 姓 名： 付蝶 所在系部： 自动控制系 班级名称： 检测1441 学 号： 1403250117 指导老师： 2014年12月 PAGE 2 PAGE II 摘 要 ABSTRACT 日本丰田汽车公司在单件与批量生产方式的基础上探索出了精益生产方式。其在最大程度地压缩生产成本投入、改善产品质量、达到零废品与库存的基础上，使所有没有效率的劳动与消耗原材料的生产目标得到彻底清除。同时精益生产的特点是种类多元化、数量少以及综合效益高以及能源消耗低。X公司以汽车零部件制造为核心业务，因此对于不断加剧的市场竞争与明显下滑的产品收益，企业只有通过多种渠道提高产品销量，有效控制产品综合成本，实现高速流转，为消费者提供优质的产品与服务，增强企业核心竞争力，才能在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟和获得更快发展。在全面推广精益生产方式的基础上，对传统的生产经营方式进行完善和优化，及时应对复杂多变的外部形势，进而不断提升市场竞争力。本论文以此为前提，将X公司引入精益生产方式以增强企业核心竞争优势作为分析研究对象。文章对X公司装配车间的基本情况与问题进行全面分析，同时也是我过众多汽车零部件生产企业面临的共同问题以及需要进行完善的环节。本论文现先整理归纳了与精益生产相关的各种理论，以此为前提，对X汽车零部件生产公司管理方面的问题进行深入剖析，给出了针对性的解决措施，希望对相关企业发展有所裨益。 关键词：精益生产；汽车零部件；全面生产管理  ABETRACT Lean production mode is a new way of production，which is the birth of the Toyota Auto Body Co in Japan after the single piece production mode and a lot of production mode. Through the pursuit of the perfect continuous reduction of production costs，improve quality，achieve no waste and zero inventory results，eliminate all invalid labor and waste of production targets.
