PAGE PAGE IV P2P网络借贷平台运营中存在的问题及对策分析 摘要：随着经济的高速发展，P2P、第三方支付等网络金融服务的出现，引领了互联网金融业发展起来，近年来，第三方支付、P2P理财、众筹融资以及其他网络金融服务平台等互联网金融业迅速崛起，P2P金融公司遍地开花，P2P平台交易量和成交量以惊人的速度增长，但同时面临着投资人难以维权、自律环境不好、信用违约此起彼伏、行业乱象丛生、监管严重缺位等诸多问题。如何对P2P理财模式进行选择，入户对该行业进行有效监管，以促进其规范化发展，是摆在所有金融人面前的重要课题。基于以上现实，本文从我国P2P理财模式的发展现状记忆发展动态趋势出发，着重分析了P2P网络理财平台存在的一些问题，经过严密的资料整理与讨论，最后针对这些存在的问题提出了自己的见解已建议，希望这些对策能够运用得当，对网络借贷平台的发展出谋献策，国内的网络借贷平台行业能欣欣向荣，不断壮大发展起来。 关键词：P2P理财 互联网金融 模式  Analysis of problems and Countermeasures in the operation of P2P network lending platform Abstract：In recent years, the third party payment, P2P finance, all to raise financing and other financial services network platform of Internet banking industry to rise rapidly, P2P finance companies everywhere, P2P platform trading volume and turnover with astonishing speed growth. Are described in this paper P2P finance mode in our country development status and development trend, then analyzes the problems existed in P2P network banking platform, finally money in P2P mode existing problems put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to encourage them to play their own advantages, overcome the disadvantages, more healthy and orderly development.
