PAGE V PAGE 北京城市学院2013届毕业设计（论文） 北京公共自行车使用满意度分析 学生姓名： 张 文 学 号： 班 级： 13交通本一班 专 业： 交通工程（城市轨道交通） 学 部： 信息学部 指导教师： 王 鑫 2017年2月  北京公共自行车使用满意度分析 摘 要 随着经济水平的快速发展，中国的城市发展逐渐加快，机动化程度也越来越高。引起关注的第一件事是堵车。目前，中国的城市，特别是在北京，上海等大城市，交通拥堵正在日益严重，这一天的喧嚣和工作日早晨作为最重要的高峰。本文利用公共自行车的满意度模型，开发了公共自行车系统使用意图量表，旨在阐明公共自行车系统的影响因素和影响因素。本研究通过大规模问卷调查在北京进行。通过综合评价指标体系建立原则和公共自行车用户满意度影响因素，构建公共自行车满意度评价指标体系，构建了基于分层次过程的模糊综合评价模型。最后，公共模式综合评估的满意度，北京公共自行车发展情况的分析问题，并提出相应的改进方案和优化建议。 关键词：北京；公共自行车；使用满意度  ABSTRACT With the rapid development of economic level, Chinas urban development gradually accelerated, the level of motorization is also getting higher and higher. The first thing that draws attention is traffic jams. At present, Chinas cities, especially in Beijing, Shanghai and other large cities, traffic congestion is becoming increasingly serious, and this one of the congestion and working days morning and evening work as the most important peak. In this paper, by using the satisfaction model of public bicycles, this paper develops a public bicycle system use intention scale, which aims to clarify the influencing factors and influence of public bicycle system. This study was conducted in Beijing through a large-scale questionnaire survey. Through the comprehensive evaluation index system establishment principle and the influence factor of the public bicycle user satisfaction degree, the evaluation index system of the public bicycle satisfaction degree is constructed, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process is constructed.
