施工要求

General

SchoolmustmeetallFireCodeandsafetyregulationsasrequiredunderChineselaw

消防等安全規則須符合中國法律要求

CompletedrenovationmustpassChineseBuildingCodeandBy-lawspertainingtorenovationsandconstruction.

工程完工后,各項指標需達到建築法律法規要求

Groundsandareasurroundtheschoolmustberestoredtotheoriginalorbetterconditionthatexistedpriortocommencementofconstruction.

工程完工后,地面等區域需恢復原狀

Thecontractorwillberesponsibleforremovalofallexcesswastematerialsaftertheconstructioniscompleted.

工程完工后,所有建築垃圾由施工單位負責清除

ThecontractorwillobeyallregulationspertainingtoconstructionandaccesstothepropertyasoutlinedbyIvyHumanities.

施工單位應全面服從物管提出的要求

Equipmentincludedintheschoolislistedbelow.Attachedisacatalogueforreference.Equipmentmaybeorderedfromthiscatalogueoranothersupplier.

Thepicturesanddescriptionsinthecataloguedescribestheequipmentthe

schoolrequires.Equipmentorderedformanothersuppliermustbeofthesamequalityorbetter.

學校應配備的設施在附件中可見,僅供參考。承包單位可向附件中提到的公司訂貨或是其他供應商,圖片中的設備正是JACK學校要求的,如果從其他供應商訂貨,前提是質量相當或是更好

冷/暖系統安裝和運行須滿足建築法規

TheContactorwillarrangeforaJACKrepresentativetoreceivetraininginthegeneralmaintenanceandoperationofthesystem.

承包商需負責日常維修和培訓JACK員工關於如何使用此系統
