Abstract

Inviewoftheproblemsofuntimelypayment,inaccurateallocationandwasteoffundsintheprocessofnationalfinancialfundallocation,thispaperproposesafundallocationinformationsystembasedoncentralizedpaymentofthetreasury.Thesystemsolvestheproblemsintheprocessoffundallocationbyrealizingfunctionssuchascentralizedpaymentofthetreasury,fundsupervision,processcontrolandinformationinquiry,soastoimprovetheefficiencyofpayment,preventfundrisksandoptimizetheuseoffunds.

Thispaperfirstlyanalyzestheproblemsandcausesintheprocessofnationalfinancialfundallocation,andthenintroducesthebasicconceptandfunctionofcentralizedpaymentofthetreasury.Onthisbasis,theoverallarchitectureofthefundallocationinformationsystemisdesigned,andeachmoduleisdesignedindetail.Finally,thispaperdiscussesandprospectstheimplementationandapplicationofthefundallocationinformationsystem.

Thedevelopmentofthissystemwillhelptoimprovetheefficiencyandaccuracyoffinancialfundallocation,andprovidepowerfultechnicalsupportfortheimplementationofvariousfinancialworkofthegovernment.
