泰禾集团财务预警系统研究
摘要
我国市场上经历了体制改革，使得经济逐渐走向低迷，每一个行业的发展都受到了非常深的影响，在房地产这个行业也受到了非常严重的影响，发展十分困难。泰禾集团这家房地产企业在发展的各个过程中都会深受重视。
在进行大量的文献阅读之后，再进行定量与定性的分析方法进行研究，并对相关的房地产企业的发展特点进行了解之后结合公司的财务状况以及房地产企业相关特点建立财务风险进行预警系统的建立，并为了能够这一系统稳定的实施提供保障。在对风险预警模型进行建立时，需要对财务指标进行选择并进行确定。通过对模糊指标进行综合评价，进行财务风险的综合评价，确保能够对风险准确、真实的预测。我们通过对财务风险进行预警得出以下的结论，泰禾集团在这三年的分数，都处于中警这一区间。这表现着该公司的财务状况整体不大乐观，在公司的偿债与盈利都有着很大的问题，需要公司进行重视。
