财务战略管理对企业影响分析

——以恒大地产集团公司为例

摘要：当前我国现代企业的财务风险被认为是财务管理理论的重要中心内容，同时也是企业在未来是否能够生存和企业在未来是否可持续发展中所要面临的重要课题。从目前来看，我国集团企业有以下特点：发展行业过于多，企业员工基数过于大，企业的性质过于复杂等。所以我国集团企业有必要实施新形势下的多元化经营管理战略，针对在加强企业集团对财务风险管理的研究有可观的改善以及重大意义的前提下，同时也是提升市场的竞争力和提高预防财务风险的能力。本文首先是对恒大集团多元化经营财务风险的理论介绍，再结合恒大集团的财务报告，本文分析了恒大集团多元化经营情况，进一步提示恒大集团在多元化经营发展过程中的财务风险，最后针对公司存在的财务风险提出相应的发展建议。希望本文的研究能够提高恒大集团的财务风险管控能力，为公司多元化发展做出贡献。

Abstract:Atpresent,thefinancialriskofmodernenterprisesinChinaisconsideredasanimportantcentralcontentoffinancialmanagementtheory,andalsoanimportanttopicforwhetherenterprisescansurviveinthefutureandtheirsustainabledevelopmentinthefuture.Sofar,itisnotdifficulttofindinthefinancialriskmanagementresearchundertheGroupdiversificationstrategythatitinvolvesthenon-corebusinessoftheGroupenterprise,notthewholediversificationincludingthecorebusinessoftheGroupbusiness;orjustattheoveralllevel,andoftennotenoughtodepth.Atpresent,Chinasgroupenterpriseshavethefollowingcharacteristics:toomanydevelopmentindustries,theenterpriseemployeebaseistoolarge,andthenatureoftheenterpriseistoocomplex.Therefore,itisnecessaryforChinesegroupenterprisestoimplementthediversifiedmanagementstrategyunderthenewsituation.Underthepremiseofstrengtheningtheresearchonfinancialriskmanagementwithconsiderableimprovementandgreatsignificance,itisalsotoenhancethemarketcompetitivenessandimprovetheabilitytopreventfinancialrisks.ThistopicisfirstlytointroducethetheoryofdiversifiedfinancialrisksofEvergrandeGroupandcombinethefinancialreportofEvergrandeGrouptoanalyzethediversifiedoperationsituationofEvergrandeGroup;thusfurtherproposethefinancialrisksintheprocessofdiversifiedbusinessdevelo
