摘要

清水混凝土产生于20世纪20年代，在我国，清水混凝土从20世纪70年代开始。清水混凝土是混凝土材料中最高级的表达形式，它显示的是一种最本质的美感，体现的是“素面朝天”的品位。清水混凝土具有朴实无华、自然沉稳的外观韵味，与生俱来的厚重与清雅是一些现代建筑材料无法效仿和媲美的。材料本身所拥有的柔软感、刚硬感、温暖感、冷漠感不仅对人的感官及精神产生影响，而且可以表达出建筑情感。

本文通过对汕头拉飞逸时装有限公司生产厂房清水混凝土施工的介绍，着重对WISA模板在清水混凝土施工的应用，清水混凝土遮阳导流板的施工，SKK水性氟清水混凝土保护漆施工等关键技术进行介绍，解决了清水混凝土平整度、耐久性，以及异形清水混凝土构件施工等难题，为清水混凝土施工总结了一套比较完善的施工经验。

Abstract

Fair-facedconcretewasproducedinthe1920s,andinmycountry,fair-facedconcretebeganinthe1970s.Fair-facedconcreteisthemostadvancedformofexpressioninconcretematerials.Itshowsthemostessentialaestheticfeelingandreflectsthetasteofplainfacefacingthesky.Fair-facedconcretehasanunpretentious,naturalandcalmappearance,anditsinherentheavinessandelegancecannotbeimitatedormatchedbysomemodernbuildingmaterials.Thesoftness,rigidity,warmth,andindifferenceofthematerialitselfnotonlyaffectpeoplessensesandspirit,butalsoexpressarchitecturalemotions.

Thispaperintroducestheconstructionoffair-facedconcreteintheproductionplantofShantouLafeiyiFashionCo.,Ltd.,andfocusesontheapplicationofWISAformworkintheconstructionoffair-facedconcrete,theconstructionoffair-facedconcretesunshadeanddeflector,andtheconstructionofSKKwater-basedfluorine-basedfair-facedconcreteprotectivepaintconstructionandotherkeytechnologies.Introduced,solvedtheproblemsoffair-facedconcreteflatness,durability,andtheconstructionofspecial-shapedfair-facedconcretecomponents,andsummarizedarelativelycompletesetofconstructionexperienceforfair-facedconcreteconstruction.
