作为社会组织的一个重要组成部分，社会医疗事业是和人民生活息息相关的领域。如今的医疗管理系统已经不能完全满足新业务的需要，使得新一代全新的、适应业务发展要求的管理软件的开

发迫在眉睫。

本系统主要为医院在医生和病人的信息管理方面建立平台。在系统设计方面，本系统采用B/S三层结构。数据库采用SqlServer2008,服务器端程序使用ASP.NET(C#)程序设计语言在VisualStudio2010开发工具下进行编写，UI页面使用DIV+CSS进行布局在Dreamweaver开发工具下进行

编写，严格遵循W3C标准。

首先通过对系统的各方面分析，介绍系统的可行性。第二，通过系统各模块简介，简单介绍系统构成：用户管理模块、系统管理模块、病人管理模块、医生管理模块、信息管理模块等。用户管理模块主要用来管理系统用户，分三级权限：超级管理员、医生、病人。管理员可以维护用户信息、系统管理信息、病人信息、医生信息、出诊信息等。第三，说明系统实现所用到的各项技术的功能。

最后，对以实现的系统功能进行简单测试。
