摘要

近年来，随着贸易全球化的发展，国与国之间的贸易往来日益密切，而外贸英语函电作为对外贸易交流沟通的载体，国人对外贸英语函电的使用也越来越广泛。写好外贸英语函电在对外贸易合作中发挥着重要作用。因此，研究外贸英语函电特点及写作技巧写好外贸英语函电以便于促进贸易合作显得尤为重要。本文旨在通过查阅图书文献等方式分析外贸英语函电特点，研究写作技巧，以提高外贸英语函电写作水平。首先介绍了外贸英语函电的基本概念和常见写作原则。其次结合现有理论分别从词汇、句法、结构分析外贸英语函电特点，并从内容撰写、语句使用、表达方式等角度分析研究函电写作技巧。合理运用写作技巧进行外贸英语函电的写作表达，使其在外贸沟通中发挥最大作用，进而推动贸易合作的顺利进行。

ABSTRACT

Withthedevelopmentoftradeglobalization,tradeexchangesbetweencountrieshavebecomeincreasinglyclose.Asthecarrierofforeigntradecommunication,EnglishcorrespondenceforforeigntradehasbecomemoreandmorewidelyusedbyChinesepeople.WritingforeigntradeEnglishcorrespondenceplaysanimportantroleinforeigntradecooperation.Therefore,itisparticularlyimportanttostudythecharacteristicsandwritingskillsofforeigntradeEnglishcorrespondenceinordertofacilitatetradecooperation.ThepurposeofthispaperistoanalyzethecharacteristicsofforeigntradeEnglishcorrespondencebyconsultingbooksanddocuments,andstudythewritingskillsinordertoimprovethewritinglevelofforeigntradeEnglishcorrespondence.Firstly,itintroducesthebasicconceptsandcommonwritingprinciplesofforeigntradeEnglishcorrespondence.Secondly,combiningwiththeexistingtheories,thispaperanalyzesthecharacteristicsofforeigntradeEnglishcorrespondencefromtheperspectiveofvocabulary,syntaxandstructure,andanalyzesandstudiesthewritingskillsofcorrespondencefromtheperspectiveofcontentwriting,sentenceuseandexpression.UsewritingskillsreasonablytoexpressbusinessEnglishcorrespondence,soastoplayamaximumroleinforeigntradecommunication,andthenpromotethesmoothprogressoftradecooperation.
