    antibodytitersproducedinbioreactors,manufacturersare

    seekingmethodsandprocessestoeffectivelyremoveaggre-

    gates.Analytically,ahighthroughputaggregatedetection

    methodwouldspeeduptheevaluationandvalidationprocess

    duringaggregateremovalimplementation.Toevaluatethe

    aggregateremovalcapabilityofapurificationprocedure,an

    IgGfeedwithextremelyhighaggregatelevelswasgener-

    ated,andthefeedwaspassedthroughapurificationdevice

    observedtocontain39%monomer,16%dimerand45%high

    molecularweightaggregates(HMW).Fortheflowthrough

    samples,monomeranddimerspeciesweredetectedinthe

    earlierfractions(Fractions1-6),whileHMWaggregatesbe-

    gantoappearinthelaterfractions.Theregenerationpeak

    containedmainlyHMWspecies,accountingforaround90%

    ofthepopulation.

    Theseresultsdemonstratethatthebreakthroughofnon-

    monomerspeciesoccurredasearlyasfraction1.Consistent

    withtheseobservationswasanimmediateincreaseinaverage

    hydrodynamicradius
