艾灸治疗膝关节骨关节炎的疗效影响因素研究进展

【摘要】本文总结了影响艾灸治疗膝关节骨关节炎疗效的相关因素，主要包括艾叶产地及储存时间、灸时、壮数、灸温等。各影响因素中，艾叶属性以3年蕲春艾为佳，悬灸灸时以40min左右为宜，热敏灸则以灸感消失为准，灸法及壮数以温针灸2壮效果最佳，但其中最佳艾灸时长仍待更多高质量研究明确结论。其他影响因素如悬灸方式、屈膝角度、治疗顺序、光因素与烟因素、灸法、疾病分期和类型等相关研究则较少，且各研究缺少中远期疗效对比、不同中医分型患者疗效对比、不同频次疗程疗效比较等研究内容，今后需要设计更多相关高质量临床试验完善循证方案，优化临床操作。
