BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Glycogenphosphorylase-IN-1(Compound42)是⼀种⼈肝糖原磷酸化酶(hlGPa)，可以抑制hlGPa活性和和

肝细胞糖原衍⽣葡萄糖的⽣成，IC50分别为53和380nM。Glycogenphosphorylase-IN-1可以改善2型糖尿

体内研究Glycogenphosphorylase-IN-1(5mg/kg,i.v.,singledose)inhibitstheglycogenolysisinhepatocytes,

amelioratestheglucagonstimulatedhyperglycemicinwistarrats[1].
