Abstract.Inthispaper,theproblemofimbalanceintheorganizationoffreightresourcesinthe
platformisstudied.Fromtheperspectiveoftheplatform,afreightresourceselectionmodelwiththe
constraintofcargosourceurgencyisestablished.Theadvantageofthismodelliesinthatit
comprehensivelyconsidersthethreeimportantinfluencingfactorsincludingtheinterestsofall
parties,theurgencyofcargosourcesandtheeffectiveutilizationrateoffreightresources.Itcan
realizetheoptimizationschemeoffreightresourcesselectionundermultipleconstraintsandimprove
theeffectiveutilizationrateofcar-freecarrierresources.Atthesametime,theeffectoffreight
transactionconversionrateispromoted.Throughtheanalysisofcalculationexamples,itisproved
thatthemodelproposedinthispapercanmeetthedemandoftimewindowofgoodssource.
Comparedwiththemulti-objectivesequencingandmatchingmethod,themodelproposedinthis
papercanimprovetheeffectiveutilizationrateoftheplatformstransportcapacityresources.
