Page2of71.诊断漏油部位方法1.Themethodofdiagnosingoilleak因前油封与前盖板有结合位置，所以当前油封漏油时，可能导致误判为前盖板漏油。在诊断前盖板漏油时，先得确认是前盖板漏油还是前油封漏油。Becausefronttimingcoverhascombinefacewithcrankshaftoilseal,sowhencrankshaftoilsealoilleak,wemaywrongthinkthatitisfronttimingcoveroilleak.Beforediagnosingfronttimingcoveroilleak,wemustensureitisfronttimingcoveroilleakorcrankshaftoilsealoilleak.1）诊断是前油封漏油还是前盖板漏油1)Diagnosingfronttimingcoveroilleakorcrankshaftoilsealoilleak如果发现发动机前端有漏油迹象，技师需用手电筒配合观察油迹位置，分析方法如下表：Iffindingthereisoilinthefrontofengine,mechanichastouseflashlighttoobservewheretheoilis,thefollowingisthemethodofanalysis.2

Page4of72.维修指导2.repair（1）在拆开前盖板后，铲除前端面上的残留胶时，使用的工具需操作正当，不能划伤前端面，导致留下较深的刮痕；(1)Afterdismantlingfronttimingcover,youmustremoveresidueglueonthefrontsurfaceoftheengine,usethetoolproperlyandcantleadtoleavedeepscratches;（2）铲胶时，需用手电筒配合观察残留的胶是否铲除干净，必须将残留胶铲除干净；(2)Whenshovelingglue,youneedaflashlighttoobserveifresidualglueisremovedcleanly,residualgluemustberemovedcleanly;（3）铲完胶后，需用清洗喷雾剂将前端面清洗干净，尤其是T型结合面处清洗干净；(3)Aftershovelingglue,youneedcleaningspraytocleanthefrontsurfaceoftheengine,especiallytheTjointsurfaceclean;（4）在安装新的前盖板之前，需手工在所有T型结合面处涂上一道胶；(4)Beforeassemblinganewfrontcover,youneedtocoatwithaglueinalltheTjointsurfaceinhand;（5）涂胶之后，前盖板需在5分钟之内安装好；安装好后，车辆需静止5个小时以上，等胶完全干，不能启动发动机；(5)Aftercoatingglue,thefronttimingcoverneedtobeassembledwellduring5minutes;Afterassemble
