摘要目的总结产妇产后出血的相关因素、护理措施和预防措施，以削减其发生率及提高产科质量。方法对我院54例产后出血病例进展分析总结。结论宫缩乏力，胎盘因素、软产道损伤，是引起产后出血的主要缘由。通过相应的护理措施，削减和预防产后出血的发生，使产妇得到乐观救治。
