Article1:LeaseTerm
1.2TheleaseshallbeautomaticallyrenewedforsuccessivetermsofequaldurationunlesseitherPartygiveswrittennoticeofitsintentionnottorenewtheleaseatleastthree(3)monthspriortotheexpirationofthethencurrentterm.
Article2:RentandPaymentTerms

Article3:UseofPremises
3.1PartyBshallusetheleasedpremisessolelyforthepurposeofoperatingacafeteriatoprovidemealsfortheemployeesoftheCompany.
3.2PartyBshallnotusetheleasedpremisesforanyotherpurposewithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPartyA.
