1.INTRODUCTION

Thetheoryandthepracticesofthemanagementinthe

humanresourcesfieldhadtraditionallysustainedthe

constructionofadurablerelationshipbetweenemployeeand

employer.Companies’reasonforthissupportisnot

difficulttounderstand:theefforttofindandattract

talentsishuge,theinvestmentintrainingsand

developmentoftheemployeesisthesameandtheinsertion
