Thecauseforthesedamagesliesintheincorrecttreatmentofendsofhatchcoamings.

Inaddition,theweldbeadsofthemaindeckswerealsoimproperlylocated(thefoldsofhatchcoamingscoincidewiththeweldbeadsbetweenhigh-strengthsteelandlowcarbonsteel).

Thetransitionoftheplatethicknessisalsounreasonable.
