金地物业公司培训与开发问题及对策分析

内容摘要

员工培训与开发作为企业直接提高员工技能水平和推动企业整体绩效的根本途径，早已经成为了企业关注的重点，国内外学者也从不同的学术角度对人力资源培训与开发模块进行研究分析。随着时代的发展，企业的培训与开发模式不断改革，在互联网的带动下，新的培训模式出现在大众视线。

本论文以互联网背景下企业培训与开发作为研究前提，采用文献研究法、案例分析法、访谈法、比较分析法，以金地物业公司作为研究对象从中发现企业培训与开发新模式存在的线上线下培训局限于理论学习、缺乏岗位技能实操培训等问题。通过对金地物业公司线上及线下的培训与开发的问题研究，结合培训与开发的相关理论和信息化手段如人工智能、AR、5G等，提出个性化、信息化的改进措施。

Employeetraininganddevelopment,asthefundamentalwayforenterprisestodirectlyimproveemployeeskillsandpromoteoverallperformanceofenterprises,hasalreadybecomethefocusoftheenterprise.Domesticandforeignscholarshavealsoconductedresearchandanalysisonhumanresourcestraininganddevelopmentmodulesfromdifferentacademicperspectives.Withthedevelopmentofthetimes,thecompanystraininganddevelopmentmodelhasbeencontinuouslyreformed.DrivenbytheInternet,newtrainingmodelshaveappearedinthepubliceye.

ThisthesistakesenterprisetraininganddevelopmentundertheInternetbackgroundastheresearchpremise,adoptsliteratureresearch,caseanalysis,interview,comparativeanalysis,andusesGemdalePropertyCompanyastheresearchobjecttodiscovertheonlineandofflineofthenewmodelofenterprisetraininganddevelopment.Trainingislimitedtotheoreticalstudy,lackofpracticalskillstrainingandotherissues.ThroughresearchontheproblemsofonlineandofflinetraininganddevelopmentofGemdalePropertyCompany,combinedwithrelevanttheoriesandinformationmethodsoftraininganddevelopment,suchasartificialintelligence,AR,5G,etc.,personalizedandinformationalimprovementmeasuresareproposed.
