摘要：我国在上世纪80年代恢复了注册会计师制度，经过多年的努力，我国注册会计师行业在不断完善和发展的同时，也为确保国民经济建设的快速稳定发展发挥了重要作用。

就目前发展来看，我国各中小企业是各中小会计师事务所的主要服务对象，而我国各中小会计师事务所拥有如此广阔的业务市场又是得益于各中小企业的快速发展，所以中小会计师事务所不仅是我国市场经济的产物，也是我国经济可持续发展的重要因素。

本文以我国中小会计师事务所进行业务拓展的可行性与必要性着手，简单介绍了我国注册会计师行业目前发展的情况与问题，分析了中小会计师事务所进行业务拓展的方向，并提出相关意见。

本文以广东中天永道会计师事务所（下简简称“中天事务所”）为例，结合中天事务所的实际情况为其提供适合自身发展的经营战略．希望能为中天事务所将来的发展提供一个可行的方案．更希望能促进我国其他中小会计师事务所的可持续发展。

Abstract：ChinahasrestoreditsCPAsysteminthe1980s.Afteryearsofefforts,theCPAindustryinChinahasplayedanimportantroleinensuringtherapidandstabledevelopmentofthenationaleconomywhilecontinuouslyimprovinganddeveloping.

Asfarasthecurrentdevelopmentisconcerned,smallandmedium-sizedaccountingfirmsinChinaarethemainservicetargetsofsmallandmedium-sizedaccountingfirms,andthesmallandmedium-sizedaccountingfirmsinChinahavesuchabroadbusinessmarketandbenefitfromtherapiddevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedaccountingfirms.TheinstituteisnotonlyaproductofChinasmarketeconomy,butalsoanimportantfactorforthesustainabledevelopmentofChinaseconomy.
