摘要

本文以寺湾镇A幼儿园为例，深入探讨了农村幼儿园户外混龄游戏的开展现状及其指导策略。研究发现，A幼儿园在户外混龄游戏的开展中，存在材料层次性不明显、幼师配比不足、教师指导观念与行为不一致以及观察指导能力有待加强等问题。针对这些问题，本文提出了相应的对策建议。首先，投放适宜的游戏材料，以满足不同年龄段幼儿的需求。其次，努力提高师幼比，确保每位幼儿在游戏过程中得到充分的关注和指导。此外，鼓励幼儿教师积极组织、指导混龄户外游戏，以发挥混龄教育的优势。最后，通过多种途径提升教师的观察、指导能力，如加强培训、开展教研活动等。本文的研究结果为农村幼儿园户外混龄游戏的开展提供了有益的参考和借鉴，有助于推动农村幼儿教育的质量提升和全面发展。

Abstract

TakingtheAkindergarteninSiwanTownasanexample,thispaperdeeplydiscussesthecurrentsituationandguidingstrategiesofoutdoormixedagegamesinruralkindergartens.Thestudyfoundthatinthedevelopmentofoutdoormixed-agegamesinKindergartenA,therearesomeproblems,suchastheunclearmaterialhierarchy,theinsufficientratioofkindergartenteachers,theinconsistencyofteachersguidanceconceptsandbehaviors,andthestrengtheningofobservationandguidanceability.Inviewoftheseproblems,thispaperputsforwardthecorrespondingcountermeasuresandsuggestions.First,putappropriategamematerialstomeettheneedsofchildrenofdifferentages.Secondly,effortsshouldbemadetoimprovetheratiobetweenteachersandchildrentoensurethateachchildgetsfullattentionandguidanceintheprocessofplaying.Inaddition,preschoolteachersareencouragedtoactivelyorganizeandguidemixed-ageoutdoorgamesinordertogivefullplaytotheadvantagesofmixed-ageeducation.Finally,teachersobservationandguidanceabilitycanbeimprovedthroughvariousways,suchasstrengtheningtrainingandcarryingoutteachingandresearchactivities.Theresultsofthispaperprovideausefulreferenceforthedevelopmentofoutdoormixed-agegamesinruralkindergartens,andhelptopromotethequalityimprovementandcomprehensivedevelopmentofruralearlychildhoodeducation.
