摘要

基于平衡计分卡的快递企业运营绩效评价研究，在当前的经济发展和竞争压力之下，已成为研究的热点之一。该研究旨在通过平衡计分卡的理念和方法，从财务、顾客、内部流程以及学习与成长四个维度来评估快递企业的运营绩效，以实现企业发展的可持续性和高效性。目前，该领域的研究主要集中在指标选择、指标权重确定、指标体系构建等方面，同时也关注到快递企业运营绩效评价实践中存在的问题和难点，如数据获取、指标间关联性分析等。随着快递市场的不断扩大和快递企业的竞争加剧，平衡计分卡对快递企业运营绩效评价研究的重要性还将进一步提高。因此，本文以基于平衡记分卡的快递企业运营绩效评价研究为题，通过绩效的本质，影响因素和平衡记分卡的特点，本质等进行了解，随后以京东为例从四个维度看京东平衡计分卡最后是注意企业在实施平衡计分卡绩效管理系统时应注意的问题进行分析，为其它基于平衡计分卡的快递企业运营绩效评价研究提供了依据。

Abstract

Theresearchontheoperationalperformanceevaluationofexpressdeliveryenterprisesbasedonthebalancedscorecardhasbecomeoneofthehotspotsinthecurrenteconomicdevelopmentandcompetitivepressure.Thisstudyaimstoevaluatetheoperationalperformanceofexpressdeliveryenterprisesfromfourdimensions:finance,customers,internalprocesses,andlearningandgrowththroughtheconceptandmethodofbalancedscorecard,inordertoachievesustainabilityandefficiencyofenterprisedevelopment.Atpresent,researchinthisfieldmainlyfocusesonindicatorselection,indicatorweightdetermination,indicatorsystemconstruction,andotheraspects.Atthesametime,italsopaysattentiontotheproblemsanddifficultiesintheoperationalperformanceevaluationpracticeofexpressdeliveryenterprises,suchasdataacquisitionandcorrelationanalysisbetweenindicators.Withthecontinuousexpansionoftheexpressdeliverymarketandtheintensificationofcompetitionamongexpressdeliveryenterprises,theimportanceofthebalancedscorecardinevaluatingtheoperationalperformanceofexpressdeliveryenterpriseswillfurtherincrease.Therefore,thisarticlefocusesontheresearchontheoperationalperformanceevaluationofexpressdeliveryenterprisesbasedontheBalancedScorecard.Itaimstounderstandtheessenceofperformance,influencin
